    Hi Louise,

a couple of things that may be of interest to you:

A group of Pilgrims will leave Maynooth on Wednesday 15th 2015 to walk to Knock Shrine, this is an annual pilgrimage to pray for peace and has been running for over 25 years now.

The annual Mass at Cluain Patrick Holy Well, which is in Athleague Parish in Co Roscommon, takes place next Friday 17th July 2015 at 8pm, everyone is more than welcome. A unique aspect of this Pilgrimage is that it ties in with the walkers who are heading to Knock. The parishioners of St Patricks, Athleague host the Pilgrims to dinner followed by Mass and then throw open their homes and hearts to welcome Pilgrims to stay overnight, last year we found beds for over sixty tired Pilgrims.

    Enjoy your trip to Roscommon

    Regards

    John Burns
